Lizards Wall Art

This gallery of art is about lizards. I will be starting with one of the most commonly seen lizards in central Florida; the Anole lizard. You can see them pretty much everywhere, frequently by the dozens. They have a unique characteristic in using a pouch under their throats that is both colorful and attractive to the opposite sex. This can, however, make them susceptible to predators such as predatory birds because they are normally in very open terrain when they display. They are commonly seen in nature preserves, county parks and nearly always in your own yard and shrubbery throughout the southeast United States.
