Lake Thomas Water Lily #1 Baby Onesie

I created this macro photo of a yellow Water Lily from the boat dock at Lake Thomas in central Florida. It was a late may early morning and the golden hour magic was working. As well as being providing a beautiful flower the Water Lily provides structure, shelter and food for the local aquatic wildlife. It is a valuable and useful part of nature.

I am a Wildlife photographer whose medium is digital photography. As a photographer, my primary focus is wildlife photography wherever I can find it. Wildlife has an amazing capacity to show up or exist nearly anywhere, be it city or country. Nature has provided animals with an almost unbelievable ability to adapt and exist with whatever changes man makes in their environment. Of course nature itself can change at least temporarily the environment and still the animals adapt and survive in the new conditions.
