This nature picture of a female and Male Orb Weaver on the same web was taken at the Circle B Bar Reserve in Central Florida during early August of 2013. Though these arachnids appear large and fearsome they are essentially non venomous (unless you have an allergic reaction to being bitten) and kind of shy.

I am a Wildlife photographer whose medium is digital photography. As a photographer, my primary focus is wildlife photography wherever I can find it. Wildlife has an amazing capacity to show up or exist nearly anywhere, be it city or country. Nature has provided animals with an almost unbelievable ability to adapt and exist with whatever changes man makes in their environment. Of course nature itself can change at least temporarily the environment and still the animals adapt and survive in the new conditions.
