I captured this wildlife image of a Dragonfly perched on a mushroom at the Simmer's-Young Park in Winter Haven, Florida on October 14, 2016. I had been working on Macro photos of this wild mushroom and the Dragonfly decided to land on the mushroom. I ended up with several macro photos of this Dragonfly perched on the mushroom.

I am a Wildlife photographer whose medium is digital photography. As a photographer, my primary focus is wildlife photography wherever I can find it. Wildlife has an amazing capacity to show up or exist nearly anywhere, be it city or country. Nature has provided animals with an almost unbelievable ability to adapt and exist with whatever changes man makes in their environment.
