This copyrighted wildlife photograph of a baby Sandhill Crane was taken by me at the Circle B Bar Reserve on March 27, 2015. I have heard baby Sandhill Cranes called Sandhill Crane Colts, that is probably because of the long colt like legs and method of running. I get great pleasure out of using wild animals to create a wildlife photograph.

I am a Wildlife photographer whose medium is digital photography. As a photographer, my primary focus is wildlife photography wherever I can find it. Wildlife has an amazing capacity to show up or exist nearly anywhere, be it city or country. Nature has provided animals with an almost unbelievable ability to adapt and exist with whatever changes man makes in their environment. Of course nature itself can change at least temporarily the environment and still the animals adapt and survive in the new conditions.
