This is a Black and White version of an action photograph I took of a WWII vintage North American Aviation AT-6 Texan trainer shooting "touch and go" landings at Winter Haven, Florida's Gilbert Field. The North American Aviation AT-6 Texan was the most widely produced advanced training aircraft ever produced. After 1962 it became known as the A-6 Trainer.

I am a Wildlife photographer whose medium is digital photography. As a photographer, my primary focus is wildlife photography wherever I can find it. Wildlife has an amazing capacity to show up or exist nearly anywhere, be it city or country. Nature has provided animals with an almost unbelievable ability to adapt and exist with whatever changes man makes in their environment. Of course nature itself can change at least temporarily the environment and still the animals adapt and survive in the new conditions.
