Description
I created this wildlife photo of a Glossy Ibis at the Circle B Bar Reserve near Winter Haven, Florida during an afternoon wildlife photography session. This Glossy Ibis was feeding in the marsh alongside the Heron Hideout trail. Though nominally a rather drab looking reddish brown bird under many conditions, when the sun hits it's feather directly they fluoresce in many colors. The afternoon sun did exactly that with this beautiful wading bird.
